A Claude Code plugin that gives developers citation-first, abstention-gated guidance on data-protection obligations, delivered into the coding workflow. Every substantive answer is tied to a dated primary source — or it isn't made.

• Scope (v1): the right to deletion / erasure across four regimes — GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, Japan APPI, and CCPA/CPRA (California) — chosen because they look equivalent but are structurally different.
• Response contract: a preamble, per-claim citations to an allowlisted authoritative source (official legislatures and regulators), and a limitations footer. When no dated source backs a claim — or the ask is case-specific legal advice — the tool abstains and points to counsel.
• Freshness: a curated, dated knowledge base (each entry carries verification and review-by dates and a confidence level), checked out-of-band by an offline script using content hashing and drift detection — no live legal feed.
• Ships as agents, skills, and hooks; installed disabled-by-default because it frames legal material.
